Yah, he was steeling all the "Bond Girl's" thunder at the Christmas party that night. *lol*

Thank you for what you said. I am glad to hear that you and Courtney both enjoy my class, because I certainly love having you both in it. And thanks for not thinking that I'm a whacko after reading what I wrote in my blog. I mean, I guess what I'm saying is, ...I'm glad it doesn't make you think twice about training with me. it takes a certain amount of, I don't know, I don't think "courage" is the word I'm looking for, but a certain amount of "something" to open one's self up like that and put that kind of stuff out there for the world to see. ...But, I like to write. :)

So, you mentioned that you found my blog through Shari's. I didn't know Shari's blog was linked to from the main CrossFit site. Just curious, ...when you say "all that 'stuff'", do you just mean what I've written on my blog? ...Or did you also happen to read that long diatribe I wrote on Shari's blog back when she was having a bad day on December 1'st? Again, just curious.

Yah, I feel everyone has a story to tell. We all have a past. I find great interset in hearing what major epiphanies, realizations or revelations about life, themselves, whatever, that people have had that have some how "changed" them. You know the ones, ...often from that moment on you view the world a little differently, or ourselves in relation to it, etc. We are "changed" a little by it, often down to the core of our being. I think those moments are some of the most beautiful parts of character development, just as found within any of the great Canonical pieces of Literature. Often times though, people don't share their stories. I also like learning the things that have great significance to a person, whether it be a word, an object, a symbol, a number, a passage from a religious text or poem, etc. There is always a story of how that certain "thing" is of great significance to that person and for me it is always fascinating.

J,
Shari was in a photo one day on the main web site and someone posted her blog in the comments. So, I have been reading from time to time.....Yes I read your insite on Dec 1.....

As far as your blog...I do my best not to judge people. I don't like to be judged! I think you are a great person with many layers...I think it does take a lot of courage to tell or write about yourself....I do not have that courage!

By the way....I like training with you and I don't care what you say in your blog....it has nothing to do with training us! At first thought....I can see why you would think that but....you don't know me so it's natural.

Thanks for being You!

Thank you Melissa. Both are nice to hear. And I hope I didn't offend when I mentioned being happy to hear that you din't think I was a whacko. I realize now that it might have sounded as though I was judging you and assuming that you would think such. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you. I'm at CrossFit right now but on my way home in a few. I've actually got some stuff to write and add to my Blog tonight, if I can get it all written by tonight. It's what I'll be working on later tonight.

I look forward to seeing you in class, Melissa! Oh yah!--And don't let me forget; next Monday @ 5:30; Zone Talk, complete with handouts! :)
