This is Santa Cruz Sheriffs Deputy, Greg Amundson, and I. He is a good friend of mine. He's an amazing athlete, friend and individual. I have learned a lot from him and he not only inspires me to be a better athlete, but a better person. He has been a big influence in my life.

This is a pic of me a while ago busting out a 455 lb DeadLift at a bodyweight of 165. I will be going for a 500 lb dead sometime soon. It'd be cool having a triple bodyweight deadlift.

My sister and I at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville in Ocho Rios Jamaica! My sister is the closest person to me, and has been since our mother died when we were kids. She's currently getting her PhD (No, that's not "Pimpin Hoes Degree") in Plasma Physics! Yup, She gets to blow shit up with lasers!

Hanging out with 2 of the greatest friends anyone could ever have, my close friends Brendan and Shari, helped make this one of the best Halloween's I've had in a very long time. Brendan's sister, Meadow, is way cool and a lot of fun to be around.--Like Brother like Sister! What made it even better was being able to share it with the new girl in my life, Wendy. ...I just turned 33 and for the first time in my life, ...I think I've truly found a good woman. What's way cool is that we all get along great! We all had a great time.--It was so much fun!

Just got this thing and only did so I could post a comment on one of my best friends Blogs. ...I think I'll use this space as a tribute to my friends, clients and family; all the people closest to me who make my life so much better.
